Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We want you to be pumped about your Fraser splurges, so if you’re not feeling 100% obsessed, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days (sale items excluded).

To return an item, please email us.

From there we will provide you with a return address. Please be sure to include your name and order number in with your return. Your return must be received within 30 days of your Return Request approval. Any returns outside of this window will be cancelled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer a refund on sale products.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven't received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account however please contact us at faroutcruizin@gmail.com

 

EXCHANGES
If your item is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us with the issue and then we will forward our return address for you to send your item to. All exchanges will incur a $12 flat fee shipping charge to reship your item.

 

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Sale items can not be exchanged or refunded. Only full priced items may be returned. This includes storewide sales.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you or our office, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
